More about iTunes: Now that the podcast is up, if you have
iTunes installed you can just click on "Subscribe to this podcast with
iTunes" and the files will open in iTunes. Once in iTunes you can click
"Get Episode" beside whichever file you would like to listen to. With
dial-up the files are going to be a little choppy, but you should be
able to click on the file name and have it open and play right on the
page.
