The School Improvement Plan (SIP) is an annual document which focuses on Hollymead's goals for the year. Each goal is based on current results and desired outcomes based on a variety of data. The plan is aligned with Albemarle County Public Schools' goals. Revisions and updates will be made throughout the school year. Please check this site regularly as strategies and progress reports are added. SIP Goals for 2008-2009 1. Ensure that all students are at or above grade level in all core subjects by the end of the school year. 2. Provide differentiated and quality instruction to maximize student achievement. 3. Create and sustain a school climate where all stakeholders (students, parents, and staff) feel safe and accepted, and take active roles in the school community.
