Parent Survey
School Communications

Crozet Elementary School is asking parents to complete a short survey on communications to help us make improvements during the school year. We need your help to identify the areas where we’re doing well right now and areas where improvement is needed. At the end of the school year, we’ll ask you again to complete a survey to help us measure progress. Should you have questions about this survey, please contact the school office at 823-4800.
