At MHS we install all printers to the instructional workstations. This means you will need to choose the printer closest to you and may even want to set it as the default.

Click Start
Click Printers/Faxes
Right Click on the Printer you would like to set as the default.
Choose 'Set as Default'
Close the Printers/Faxes window.
