Are Your Tuesday Afternoons Free?
When: Tuesdays starting October 13 and running until November 17 from 2:35-3:25 p.m.  Students will report to their clubs after all buses are loaded on Tuesday afternoons.  Important:   Students who attend the Afterschool Program will check in with Afterschool first and then proceed to the clubs.  

·   How to get involved: Please fill out the information below and return to your child's teacher no later than Wednesday, September 30, 2008 .  Space is limited in all of the club,s so get your form in by the due date!  Because we want as many children as possible to participate, both of your choices will be considered in assigning your child a club.  Any submissions received after Wednesday will be put on a waiting list.   ( Please remember to fill out two club choices that your child would enjoy).   

We will circle the club in which your child will be able to participate and send this form back home as a confirmation .

·   What else: As has always been the case, student participation in clubs will be dependent on a few key ingredients: positive attitudes, good behavior, and on-time pick ups from parents and guardians.   If there are problems with any of these areas, club participation will not continue.  Thanks for your cooperation with this!
