New Student Registration   

Parents may pick up the registration packet in the Counseling Office between 9AM-3:30PM.  Once we have a completed registration packet, parent and student will need to set up an appointment with a counselor to discuss the student's career plan and course requests.  Please call the counseling office at 244-3110 to schedule an appointment. To register your student, the following documents will be needed:

1.  Original birth certificate of student enrolling

2.  Immunization record

3. Three proofs of residency:  a deed, mortgage, mortgage statement or a rental/lease agreement AND  a utility bill, current automobile, health or homeowners policy card or bill within 30 days

4.  Transcript from previous school

5.  Custody/court papers if applicable

6.  IEP (if applicable)
