Henley students who return the vaccination forms will be eligible for an H1N1 vaccination on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 . Vaccinations are voluntary, and will be given ONLY to those students whose forms have been returned. Download the forms sent home October 12 on the ACPS H1N1 Updates page.

A Note from the Virginia Department of Education about H1N1/Flu Prevention

The Virginia Department of Education (VDOE), in cooperation with the Virginia Department of Health, has produced two videos to inform parents and school personnel of the steps they can take to prevent the spread of H1N1 A Influenza (also known as "swine flu") and seasonal influenza. The videos - "H1N1 for Parents" and "H1N1 for Educators" - are available for viewing on the VDOE H1N1 A Influenza Web site. Click here to access this information.
