A:  SENIOR PICTURES  

Life Touch Studios will be here on October 9^th for final senior make-up pictures-BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please stop by Mr. Martin's room, B-203. All seniors who did NOT get their pictures taken in July or September, will be scheduled for an appointment on October 9^th.Students are not obligated to purchase photographs through Life Touch; however, if you would like to receive proofs from Life Touch, there is a $10.00 sitting fee.      

NOTE:  The deadline for submitting a senior portrait from another photographer is Friday, November 20^th.    

B:  STUDENT PICTURES - UNDERCLASSMEN

Life Touch Studios will be here on October 9^th to take pictures of underclassmen. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please stop by Mr. Martin's room, B-203  

NOTE: If you receive your student's portraits, taken in September, and you decide that you would like to schedule a "re-take" (scheduled for Friday October 9^th) you must see Mr. Martin for an appointment and return the pictures taken in September.

You can order the 2010 MHS yearbook, "The Declaration," by ordering on-line with your credit card at www.smart-pay.com.  Order on-line no later than 02/12/10.  Our customer number is 14450.  Mail-in forms will also be available in the main office, in Mr. Martin's classroom, B203. or click here to download.  

NOTE:  All mailed orders ( with checks made payable to "Taylor Publishing") must be received no later the deadline noted on the form.
