Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) to hear about recent changes to Special Education law in Virginia from Angela Ciolfi, an attorney at JustChild, a program aimed at improving Virginia's public education. The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. at the Albemarle County Building, Room 320, located 401 McIntire Road.
