The Albemarle Resource Center provides a Central Media Center and Professional Development information and support for Albemarle County Public Schools' educators.

The Media Center provides learning resources, textbooks and assistance to the schools in the form of laminating, videos, DVDs, kits, off-air taping, poster making and much more.

Professional Development provides the teachers with Staff Development information, Opportunities catalog, Professional Development Reimbursement Program (PDRP), new teacher support and many other services.

Teachers' Domain online courses provide K-12 teachers new ways to inspire students, broaden content knowledge, and integrate technology into their classrooms and  is an online library of more than 1,000 free media resources from the best in public television.
