The Albemarle Resource Center provides a Central Media Center and Professional Development information and support for Albemarle County Public Schools' educators.

The Media Center provides learning resources, textbooks and assistance to the schools in the form of laminating, videos, DVDs, kits, off-air taping, poster making and much more.

Professional Development provides the teachers with Staff Development information, Opportunities catalog, Professional Development Reimbursement Program (PDRP), new teacher support and many other services.

 


 ITEMS OF INTEREST

PDRP funds for fall 2009 semester have been expended. Therefore all PDRP applications submitted for coursework or conferences from Oct 12 through December 15th, 2009 will not be approved. Funds are still available for the March 15 and June 1st funding windows.
