2009 H1N1 Influenza Vaccination Clinic Information

In partnership with the Thomas Jefferson Health District and the Virginia Department of Health, all Albemarle County Public Schools will host 2009 H1N1 Vaccination Clinics at our schools. Some school clinics have been rescheduled due to delays in receiving the vaccine.   CLICK HERE to view the current calendar of scheduled clinics. Every student in Albemarle County Public Schools received a packet of information about the clinics. CLICK HERE to download any of the forms or information materials distributed to students. 

Vaccination is strictly voluntary. Parents who wish for their child to receive the H1N1 vaccination at school should return a signed Virginia Department of Health consent form to their school. All children are asked to return a signed Vaccination Plan Form to their school as soon as possible.

There is no cost to students or Albemarle County Public Schools staff to receive the 2009 H1N1 Influenza Vaccination at a school-based clinic.
