Students and their adult buddies have a great time decorating pumpkins and cookies during the first COSTS (Connecting Our Students, Teachers, and Staff) event of the school year.

Kindergarten students and parents have fun together tie-dying tee-shirts. The shirts and beautiful colors were provided through a PTO-funded grant to create shirts for the kindergarten students to wear on upcoming field trips.

Virginia Department of Education Releases H1N1 Information Videos for Parents
The
Virginia Department of Education (VDOE), in cooperation with the
Virginia Department of Health, has produced two videos to inform
parents and school personnel of the steps they can take to prevent the
spread of H1N1 A Influenza (also known as "swine flu") and seasonal
influenza.
The videos - "H1N1 for Parents" and "H1N1 for Educators" - are available for viewing on the VDOE H1N1 A Influenza Web site.
