Sutherland Announcements
Updated 11.06.09

1. The H1N1 clinic scheduled to be administered at Sutherland on November 5th has been postponed until Friday, November 13th. This postponement is necessary due to the priority being given to elementary school students and the inadequate supply of the vaccine at this time. If you have already sent in your consent forms (which are available here for download ), your child will still receive the shot at the clinic on the 13th. If you returned the consent forms and your child has ALREADY gotten the vaccine elsewhere, please notify the school nurse, Marie Souder, at 975-0599 and send a note in with your child stating the change in plans. If you would still like for your child to get the vaccine on the 13th and have not completed the form, you may still do so.
