What should I know as a new student? Click on "Information Rising 9th Graders."
What is independent study? How do I enroll? Go to "Independent Study" page.

The Albemarle High School Gifted Resource Teacher is a member of the counseling department who serves as an advocate for the school's gifted and talented students. Albemarle's gifted resource teacher does not limit her attention exclusively to identified gifted students, but offers services to all students regardless of their academic skill level.
The GRT accomplishes this through collaboration with the staff and community to identify and reassign students who are academically misplaced, to assist students who are underachieving, and to encourage students who are seeking ways to enrich their educational experiences.
